| 1. "The control PictBox ... could not be created" This error is created when a control is not registered correctly during installation. The solution is to manually re-install the control, called S309PictureBox. You can find the control here. Please note that the control MUST be installed into the default location, which is main memory, because this is a system file. |
| 2. "CE AppManager Is Not Found" If you are getting this message, this indicates that the computer from which are installing your HandyMed software is not properly enabled to communicate with your WindowsCE device. You should confirm you have installed ActiveSync 3.0 (or newer) and have it set up properly. If you do not have ActiveSync 3.0 running on your desktop computer, you can obtain it from Microsoft by clicking here.

| 3. StarTap and MIPS Processors With older versions of StarTap, StarTap incorrectly reports MIPS 3000 processors as being MIPS 4000 processors. If you are curious, take a look at the Microsoft Knowledge Base article which pertains to this issue. Simply use the system's own tools in the control panel to determine what processor is in your device.
